Progress notes from building the MLisp interpreter.

Decoupling the MLisp interpreter from the MM editor

I've started the work of decoupling the MLisp interpreter from the MM editor. As both MM and MLisp grew organically, they were tightly coupled. I've had the need myself for a standalone MLisp interpreter that wasn't linked the MM user interface or editor functionality, so decoupling both was the next logical step.

This work involved using c++ types and primitives and gutting all Qt features from the MLisp interpreter code.
